Devotec Industries is looking for a Customer Service representative and online manager for company tasks. There will be a focus on multitasking projects alongside managing our online office, customer service, social media, marketing, website management and personal assistant to the director duties. This is a career defining opportunity to join an international company and to add value to a busy and productive organisation. We are looking for someone who has the ability to fulfill multiple task throughout the day and with a variety of different tasks that will be set to ensure the smooth operation of the company.Duties will include:
Your English proficiency must be 100% fluent both verbally and in writing, preferably with a good understanding of American idioms.
You will have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably more.
Scheduling meetings, preparing documents for meetings.
Developing monthly reports. Having your own style of taking minutes would be welcomed and training will be provided if required.
Ensuring that all actions are followed up and relevant parties kept abreast of timelines.
Providing diary management and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure that you leverage the time of director accordingly.
Supporting with scheduling global and complex travel planning when required.
Undertaking ad hoc tasks as requested by director across the business who rely on your discretion and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ensuring that the workload is managed appropriately and adequate cover, within your own tasks and other collaborators.
Handling any issues and providing a positive resolution.
Sharing best practices and ideas with others to ensure that processes are standardised to ensure efficiency and enhanced productivity.
You should have basic knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator and Indesign, further graphic or industrial design is a plus.
This is a unique position for someone who is mature in their approach to work and would relish the challenge of using their strong managing skills. The work is constantly varied, international and you will be part of a small team changing the technology landscape. You will be given large autonomy to complete tasks as to your preferred style.
Devotec Industries is interested in recruiting someone who has had significant exposure to projects and been culpable for deadlines and meeting follow ups. We are looking for someone who is open in their communication style, a good listener but mindful of imminent deadlines and can engage with all relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
