We are seeking a joyful and entrepreneurial educator who has high levels of discipline, a strong work ethic, and who values excellence. As a natural mentor, this person must truly love recognizing the best in others and have a talent in guiding them to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
? 2-3 years of working experience as a teacher or coaching 11–14-year-old learners.
? Native Speaker or flawless english.
? Models principles such as planning, teamwork, community building.
? Highly disciplined and has very high standards of excellence.
? Empathetic and active listener; high emotional intelligence.
? Fluent in technology platforms.
? Accepts the greatest challenge: Knowing that each child is different and is genuinely okay with it.
